A CE Certificate is not the only way to prove attendance.

The New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care offers several options  for verification of course attendance.  Check them all out in the  Rules and Law.  "Verification of Course Attendance" can be found under General Provisions, Title 16, Chapter 5, Part 1 (16.5.1.15 F).  Familiarize yourself with the rules & law as there are changes yearly.

There is a maximum number of CE credits per triennial period that will be allowed in the category of online, webinar, or self-study.

The NM Board of Dental Health Care Rules and Law website has all the information you need to know about CE requirements for dental hygienist license renewal in New Mexico.  See the areas listed below for information on the maximum number of CE credits allowed in one triennial period in the category of online, webinars and self-study. 

"Guidelines for Approval of Continuing Education" is listed under 16.5.1.15.  Section C provides information on "Allowable online, webinars, or self-study"

"Hours Required" are listed under 16.5.23.8

Familiarize yourself with the rules & law as there are changes yearly.

"Hours Required" are listed under 16.5.23.8

"Courses Required" are listed under 16.5.23.9 to include A & B.
